Where In The World Was Jenny?

Here I am!!!! Oh my goodness y’all I don’t even know where to start! I first of all want to start by saying, Mack? Are you there? Because I read your comment and I too have been spelling “y’all” wrong this whole gosh darn time. Y’all not ya’ll. The apostrophe placement was wrong this whole time! But now that I got that cleared up-

I’M HERE!

Ah it feels great to be back. I’m feeling slightly overwhelmed and restless because I don’t even know where to begin. But I’m here and I’m going to try my hardest to sustain a semi-consistent blogging schedule again *no promises* eek.  To be honest the break was refreshing but inevitably, I flat out missed it. What happened was, I blog at work so lo and behold, I had to do work at work, crazy right 😉  We’re in the works of moving offices, which we’re so excited about but I play a pretty detrimental role in having it all come together. It’s a lot of work and the official move isn’t happening until the end of February so it’s hard to tell how much free time, if any, that I’ll have. Hence the *no promises*.

From the bottom of my heart though, I’ve missed ALL of you. My girl gang on here that I’ve gotten so close with overtime, you ladies make my heart SO full. I swear I was getting messages left and right from all of you asking if I was okay, where I’ve been, and how I’m doing. And I genuinely just want to cry tears of joy because I know you guys actually care ❤ I love our blogging family. Luckily I follow pretty much everyone that gave me their Instagram and Twitter accounts so I was able to keep up with you that way.

LIFE LATELY

As you can imagine a lot has happened between Oct 30th (when I last posted) up until today Dec 20th. Let’s see; Halloween came around, celebrated a few birthdays, miscellaneous fun activities, Thanksgiving, it SNOWED, put together my office holiday party, and now we’re right around the corner from glorious Christmas time. Which BTW, I am SO proud of my Christmas decor in my apartment- all gold everything with pretty white lights, in true Jenny fashion. But yes, a lot of ground to cover so we’re going to keep it in a nutshell. Life has been good… and tiring but good. I for one cannot wait to get through my last day of work tomorrow before having a whole slew of days off for the holidays.

ME AND ANDREW

Yes my friends, Andrew is still alive and well. We are happy as always. I feel like I gloat a lot about our relationship but I’m telling you, when you find that one right person there really are no complaints and everything just works out. We decided we’re living in Boston for at least another year and then I guess we’ll see where life will take us next. Dallas is still deeply engraved in the back of my mind. At this moment in time, we’re both overly anxious to give each other our Christmas presents

he just sent that to me and I found it to be oh so accurate. Anddd we’re patiently awaiting for Jan because we have his birthday vacation coming up!

TRAVELING

I know I’ve mentioned in a previous post that I am way over zealous when it comes to planning vacations. Well, new year new trips! So we have our Jan trip planned. Oh heck, I’ll just tell you- back to MIAMI we go! Miami or anywhere in Florida is our best bet for a inexpensive way to get some sun and lay on a beach in the Winter. I don’t know if it’s overrated but Florida is one of my favorite reoccurring vacation destinations. Those beaches by the Gulf are my absolute favorite and I feel the need to go at least once a year, which usually ends up being for my birthday.

Anyways, looking to finesse a big vacation for end of May-beginning of June. I have some ideas rumbling around but one may be VERY pricey and the other could work but I’m not 100% sold that that’s where I want to go. So if you have ANY suggestions of places for a May trip- SHARE THEM DOWN BELOW!!! Sorry to be aggressive with the caps. Willing to do 1-2 places within reasonable distance and would preferably like a beach in there somewhere!

So on that note I’m going to conclude this post because it’s VERY wordy with hardly any pictures for your viewing pleasure. I will hopefully be back before Christmas but if by chance I don’t make it-
